As Coordinator of Undergraduate Programs, Shane Sullivan assists the Department and College with coordination of recruitment and admissions, academic advising and retention, registration, curriculum and degree management, scholarships, and special programming. As Academic Advisor, he works with undergraduate majors and provides prospective and current students with information about degree requirements and assists them with other scholastic matters. He also responds to web, telephone, and written inquiries about the Department's undergraduate programs (please allow a 24 to 48 hour response time for reply email or a returned telephone message.)

Shane Sullivan an alumna of the department, receiving his B.F.A. in Studio Art in 1996 and an M.F.A. in Design in 2002. He is also the recipient of the 2002 UT Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award, the 2004 UT Texas Exes' James Vick Award for Academic Advising, and the 2005 College of Fine Arts Staff Excellence Award.
