Rob Verf received his B.F.A. from the High Education for the Arts at Utrecht (the Netherlands) in 1991. He moved to Rotterdam (the Netherlands) in 1992, where he lived and worked for eight years, before going to Buenos Aires (Argentina). His art is well known in both countries and beyond. He received the Royal Subsidy for Art Painting out of the hands of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands. He exhibited in museums and galleries in a wide range of countries as the United States, Russia, Finland, Belgium amongst many others. In 2007 he represented Dutch artists working and living in Argentina in a selected personal meeting with Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands on her official visit of state to Argentina. His work is represented by gallery BragaMenendez in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
