Rachel Martin oversees the day-to-day operation of the Student Affairs Office, works closely with the academic advisors in the three academic units of the college, and supervises the coordination of various student-related events.

Administrative Associate to the Dean

Ginger coordinates daily programs and activities in Student Affairs, providing back-up support for processing university procedures. She works with curriculum and course management and serves as assistant to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.

Natalie MunozNatalie Munoz
Student Development Specialist

Natalie is the first person that students meet in the Division of Student Affairs. She assists them with various university procedures (withdrawals, add/drops, major changes, permission to take under 12 hours, etc…), interprets and explains university rules and policies, or refers them to the appropriate advisor or staff member in Student Affairs, the Fine Arts departments or other university offices.

Roland GarciaRoland Garcia
Senior Academic Advisor

Roland helps undergraduate students make curriculum choices and resolve registration problems, clarifies degree requirements and advises students on university services and programs. He coordinates college advising and retention services, interpreting and explaining university rules and policies for students, staff, and faculty.

Melanie Bush
Senior Administrative Associate – Degree Plan Evaluator

Melanie prepares advising aids and degree audits, manages student records, handles graduation applications and other student services. She also works with curriculum, and assists the Assistant Dean with special projects.

Assistant to the Degree Plan Evaluator

Lydia assists Melanie Bush in preparing advising aids, degree audits, graduation applications, changes of address and academic bars. She also helps clarify degree requirements for students.
