Professor Steven Dietz Recognized for Prolific Playwriting

Plawright's 2009–2010 Season a Success

American Theatre magazine Associate Editor Rob Weinert–Kendt has written features and criticism for The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Variety, Village Voice and The San Francisco Chronicle among many other publications. In his October 16, 2009 blog posting he lists the most produced playwrights in America for the 2009–2010 season. Theatre and Dance Professor Steven Dietz received recognition in this article for his prolific playwriting productions. Dietz's highly reviewed stage comedy "Becky's New Car" will be performed at the Zach Scott Theatre in Austin, Texas in June 2010.
