Remembering Leigh Bess Boone (1979–2009)
B.F.A. in Theatre and Dance, 2003
Leigh Bess Boone passed away on April 11, 2009 as a result from injuries sustained in a traffic accident on March 30.
Ms. Boone graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's of Arts in Theatre and Dance and also interned at Juilliard in New York City. Most recently she was the executive assistant at Houston Center for Photography, dressed the windows for a Montrose clothing boutique and also made cupcakes for one of her neighborhood coffee shops, Agora. Ms. Boone balanced a full social life with countless friends and leaves behind a large devoted following.
