A student enrolled in another undergraduate college who has also applied to and been accepted into a Fine Arts major must fill out the 'Addition of Simultaneous Major' form to be recognized for registration purposes in both colleges.
Plan II students are often legitimately admitted under two degree programs. Therefore, Plan II students with fewer than 30 hours who are seeking degrees in other colleges will use the existing special advising codes that identify them as majors in both colleges for registration purposes. Once these students reach the 30 hour eligibility mark, they must fill out the 'Addition of Simultaneous Major' form in order to be recognized under both colleges, as required of your other majors.
For information about policies having to do with simultaneous majors, contact the Office of the Dean, Student Affairs Division, DFA 1.103 (512) 471-5011.
