What you enjoy most about being a part of the UT Department of Theatre & Dance:
The energy and initiative of our students when they astonish themselves and me through their participation in projects like our bi-annual Cohen New Works Festival presented by University Co-op. Both graduate and undergraduate students make a deep personal commitment to the pursuit of new and innovative work, stretching their own boundaries and building the future right here, right now! The intellectual stimulation and emotional support of my colleagues and peers on the faculty!
Favorite thing about Austin:
An eclectic mix of life-styles, passions, political ideologies and a generosity of spirit. Also great restaurants!

I cook, I write, I teach, I eat!
The biggest risk you have taken to date:
I don't take risks. I go on adventures where the outcome is unknown!
