The faculty and graduate students of the Department of Theatre and Dance engage in unique research topics within the broad fields of youth theatre education, performance studies, feminist performance, arts advocacy and social change, and technology and the arts, just to name a few. They also contribute to the world of movement and dance with new choreography and concepts of dance in academia. We believe that the arts fundamentally enhance the quality of life of individuals and of society as a whole.
