Auditions

There is no audition for incoming freshman or transfer students who are seeking the B.F.A. in Theatre Studies or the B.A. in Theatre and Dance at the Department of Theatre and Dance.

The only degrees that require an audition are the B.F.A. in Dance and the M.F.A. in Acting.

Undergraduate Auditions

• Dance Placement Auditions (for currently enrolled students)
• B.F.A. in Dance Auditions (for prospective freshmen)
• Mainstage Production Auditions (for currently enrolled UT Theatre and Dance Majors)

Graduate Auditions

A new M.F.A. in Acting cohort has been admitted for a Fall 2010-Spring 2013 professional training program. Auditions for this next M.F.A. in Acting class will take place in November 2009 through February 2010. Please e-mail Phillip Salazar to schedule an audition.
