Scholarships
First-time freshman entering The University of Texas at Austin may apply for University of Texas at Austin scholarships by completing The University of Texas at Austin Application for Freshman Scholarships mailed with The University of Texas at Austin Admission Application. Entering transfer students may complete The University of Texas at Austin Scholarship Application for Transfer Students. Further information is available in The University of Texas at Austin Student Financial Services Office or by calling 512-475-6282.
In addition, the Department of Theatre and Dance also awards departmental scholarships based on past and predicted academic success, demonstrated talent and other criteria. See below for a list of scholarships and fellowships for Theatre and Dance students.
Students are nominated for and awarded scholarships through a Theatre and Dance faculty scholarship committee. There is no application process for our scholarships.
