2010–2012 University Core Curriculum Requirements

Core Requirements for all Theatre & Dance degrees include:

  • UGS 302 or 303
  • RHE 306
  • 3HRS Writing Course
  • E 316K
  • GOV 310L & 312L
  • 6 hours of American History
  • 3 hours of Social & Behavioral Sciences (B.F.A. Theatre Studies SHOULD take PSY 301)
  • 3 hours of Mathematics
  • 6 hours of Science & Technology Part I
  • 3 hours of Science & Technology Part II
  • 3 hours of Visual & Performing Arts

Additional Basic Education Requirements (B.A. Students Only)

  • 6 hours foreign language beyond 508K
  • 3 hours of General Culture
