Sample 3-Year Plan

The M.F.A. Degree consists of sixty (60) credit hours, fifty-five of which must be must be attained in residence at the university.

Graduate students can get credit for any upper division course at the university whose course number rises above 20, for example: TD 323 but not TD 313. At least 45 credit hours must come from graduate level courses.

The following shows a possible program of study. (*) denotes classes that are mandatory. All others are elective.
