Curriculum
All students in the Master of Fine Arts in Acting are required to take five semesters of TD 381F1 or TD 481G1 in Acting, four semesters of TD 481G3 in Voice and Movement, two semesters (six hours) of Performance as Public Practice and two semesters (six hours) of concentrated thesis preparation (TD 698A/B). A minimum of six elective hours is also required. All students wishing to teach must take TD 398T (Pedagogy). Certification in Voice/Speech requires an additional two semesters in the concentration (TD 381F2).
Thesis Requirement
The thesis consists of a performance exercise with a well researched twenty page-writing component.
