Ben Fest joined the Department of Theatre and Dance in November 2010. He graduated in 2004 from The University of Texas at Austin with bachelor degrees in Philosophy and French. Ben serves primarily as the building manager for the F. Loren Winship Building, and also performs varied administrative tasks.
In his free time, Ben plays in a local rock band called A Spy Ring. He is the primary songwriter, the guitarist and the reluctant vocalist. His wife teaches students with special needs at the Texas School for the Deaf. Ben and his wife have three animal children so far - two cats and a dog.
