The Department of Theatre and Dance has approximately 300 undergraduate degree candidates and 100 graduate degree candidates. The Department produces six to seven main stage productions per year, offering plentiful opportunities to students seeking a degree and/or career in acting. Non–acting students are given the opportunity to develop and produce all design and technology elements of each production, including scenery, lighting, costuming, and stage and production management. The Department's faculty and staff are dedicated to making professional training a top priority so our students are ready to enter the demanding, fast-paced world of theatre and dance upon graduating.
