Ticketing Information

TICKETS:

During the Bass Concert Hall renovation project (May 2007-December 2008), the Bass Concert Hall Ticket Office and Hogg Memorial Auditorium Ticket Office will be closed. Patrons may purchase tickets via the following methods:

UT PAC/Winship Box Office

Located at 23rd and San Jacinto Drive on the UT Campus Open 9am-12pm on Wednesdays, October 3, 10, 17, 31; November 7 & 14; February 13 &20; and April 2, 9, 16 Patrons may purchase tickets for Theatre and Dance productions as well as other PAC productions on these dates and times.

The Winship Box Office is also open one hour prior to each performance located in the Winship Drama Building. Sales at this time are cash only.

Unless otherwise noted, tickets are $16 for adults, $13 for UT faculty/staff, and $10 for students with ID.

Theatre and Dance Package

The Theatre and Dance Package can either be purchased during registration where it is listed as an optional fee or at the Cashier's Office in the Main Building. The cost is $30 for the entire academic year or $15 a semester. The package provides the opportunity to obtain four tickets for the Theatre and Dance Department's productions. The tickets can be distributed amongst the shows however the student sees fit (i.e. four tickets for one show, two tickets to two shows, etc.). To use this benefit, the student must pick up a fee card from the ticket office either Wednesdays, October 3, 10, 17, 31, November 7 & 14, February 13 & 20, and Apr. 2, 9, 16 from 9am-12pm or an hour before the performance at the Winship Drama Building Ticket Office. Students should present their tuition bill or their fee receipt and a student ID to obtain the card. For every ticket received, a hole is punched in the card. The card does not guarantee admission for a show unless a ticket is picked up before sellout and it is advised to get tickets in advance, especially for the smaller venue.

At this time, only the fall shows are available and the dates and times are:

Fefu and Her Friends: Oct. 12-14 &18-21

Ashes, Ashes: Nov. 2-4, 7-9, 11, 15-18

Elephant’s Graveyard: Nov. 9, 11 & 14-18

For refunds on the optional fee, please visit the Theatre and Dance main desk Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm to receive a refund slip. The refund slip should be then taken to the Cashier’s office in the Main Building for a full refund. You must present your UT ID and fee receipt in order to receive the refund slip.
