Dance Faculty
Andrew Parkhurst choreographed the world premiere production of Wood (starring Tony Award winner Cady Huffman) for the 2008 New York Musical Theatre Festival. He provided musical staging for the first New York City revival of Michael John LaChiusa's The Wild Party at Columbia Stages.
Regionally, Mr. Parkhurst has choreographed Much Ado About Nothing and Love's Labour's Lost for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival; Hats, Married Alive and Boeing-Boeing for the New Theatre, Kansas City. This summer, he travels to New Hampshire and the Barnstormers Theatre to choreograph Brigadoon.
Andrew assisted Tony Award-winning choreographer Rob Ashford on the Broadway production of Curtains, and was an original cast member and Dance Captain of the Broadway national tour of Mamma Mia! Andrew had the honor of being directed by Roman Polanski in the original Vienna production of
